My Story

My name is Zach Dombroski and I am a licensed Real Estate Agent working with Sunny and Associates in the Fort Lauderdale area. I specialize in working with first time homebuyers and investors in South Florida. Through my time in real estate, I have represented buyers purchasing single family homes, condos, and multi-family investment properties. I also own two rental properties in Massachusetts comprised of five rental units.

I've had an interest in Real Estate from a very young age. As a child I watched as my dad built our house and as I got older I helped him manage renovation projects. This probably helps to explain my passion for design; I love helping people to channel their desires through creative expression. I view the relationship between a house and its occupants not as a contract of ownership, but rather a show of mutual affection. I believe that there is a perfect home for every individual and I hope to help you find yours.

My Background

I grew up in the small town of Sutton, Massachusetts and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. As a child I spent most of my free time reading and learning about new places. Over time I've developed a love for classic literature, history, modern demographic studies and travel. I would say that my life represents a hodgepodge of different interests that collectively define the person that I have become.
